Winningtemp are a Scandinavian start-up that provide employee measurement software for businesses. They have created a science backed survey product that gives real time feedback to managers and business owners about the culture and morale of their staff.

I was initially brought in to help create some content for key pages on their website to make them more engaging. However, after spending time with the client and outlining their goals for the website it became clear that a full refresh of the their brand was needed to inform the design of their new website.

I produced a new Scandi inspired look and feel that kept the vibrance of their current brand and also visually positioned the brand differently in their market.

A modern Scandi Sass brand design
When designing the new brand I wanted to lean heavily on their heritage as a Scandanavian bsuiness. Scandi style is heavily infliuenced my minimilism, clean lines and functionality. It usdually uses a monochromatic colour palette. However, I wanted to inject a modern edge that would make Winningtemp stand out.

I used clean edges and angles as well a angular typography to create the Scandi feel but used colour and photography to create a warmer and bolder execution.

The Winnigntemp product uses data collected around 9 key questions.

Leadership, Autonomy, Personal development, Meaningfulness, Participation, Work situation, Job satisfaction, Commitment and Team spirit.

I developed an illustration style for the brand that encompassed Corporate Memphis with Scandi angles and brush accents to add a more human element to the illustrations.

An engaging website solution
The new website for Winningtemp was launched in October 2022. It was a fresh webflow rebuild both structurally and visually.

The responsive design and content was created specifically to be easily adapted into 3 languages English, Swedish and Danish.
